Teen Yoga and Mindfulness (4 week program)


Join Amy Starkey, owner of YOGA-2-GO, LLC for this calming, educational yoga and mindfulness class for teens!

Participants will practice yoga and breathing exercises, experiment with sensory movement games, use journaling exercises, and learn mindfulness and relaxation techniques to cope with stress and anxiety.

This class is perfect for helping teens manage their emotions, improve attention and focus, gain body awareness and coordination, increase self confidence and improve social emotional learning skills!

***Please bring a notebook to use for journaling activities.
