A 4-week youth/family yoga program for children and parents.
Offered virtually or in-person at locations throughout SW Florida.
We bring on-site youth yoga & mindfulness enrichment programs to K-12 schools throughout SC &SW Florida. Classes can be offered as before, during or after school programming based on your school's preference and availability.
We also provide professional development trainings for educators who want to learn how to effortlessly integrate fun, effective yoga strategies directly into their classroom setting.
As part of our mission to make yoga accessible to all, we provide on-site programs for non-profit organizations, rehab centers, foster care agencies, homeless shelters & more, bringing the benefits of yoga to underserved populations of all ages & ability levels.
