A 4-week virtual occupational therapy consulting program that is the perfect solution for parents looking for answers, guidance, strategies & support for themselves and their child.
$500/4-session monthly package

Peaceful Parent™ Wellness Workshop
A 90-minute wellness workshop for (stressed) parents wanting to learn a variety of mind-body wellness practices for reducing stress, balancing emotions, improving focus & building the resilience needed for greater mental & emotional health and well-being!

Join pediatric occupational therapist/children's yoga specialist, Amy M. Starkey, for this fun, educational 90-minute workshop developed for families seeking practical, effective movement & mindfulness-based tools proven to improve focus, behavior, mood & self-regulation skills!
$50 (1 adult + 1 child age 5-11)
