Unlike a traditional coaching session, Co-Regulation Calls are virtual on-demand Zoom sessions that offer you stress support in the moments when you need it most! Established coaching clients can use these as the perfect add-on for additional support between coaching sessions; however, you do not have to be a current coaching client to book a co-regulation call.
