Students learn Qigong, a
4,000-year-old Chinese 'mindful movement practice', as well as yoga postures & breathes and other mind/body-based relaxation techniques to improve mental, emotional & physical health and well-being.
*Qualifies as both a Phys Ed and Health elective for middle school and high school students.
