Qi-Mind™ is a therapeutic Qigong &Mindful Movement program that teaches students fun, effective and easy-to-implement SEL-based mindful movement practices for managing stress and anxiety, maintaining health, strengthening the immune system, navigating difficult emotions, calming energy, improving learning and promoting optimal wellness and academic performance!

Developed by Amy M. Starkey, certified yoga & Qigong instructor and a pediatric occupational therapy assistant (COTA/L) with over 20 years of school-based therapy experience. 

Qi-Mind™ integrates mindful movement exercises, breathing, social-emotional learning , sensory-rich mind/body exercises and relaxation techniques for a truly amazing practice that can calm, center and rejuvenate the mind and body!

Programs designed to fit your scheduling needs:

  • 15-60 minute  in-class and out-of-school time sessions available

  • Option to schedule weekly, monthly or quarterly classes
