Qi Mind™

A mindful movement class teaching students the Chinese "moving mindfulness" practice of Qigong, breathing, self-acupressure and relaxation tools to relieve stress, calm anxiety, manage difficult emotions, and build resiliency. 

Qi P.E.™ 

Students learn Qigong,

4,000-year-old "mindful movement" practice as well as breathes, yoga postures and mind/body-based relaxation techniques to improve mental, emotional and physical health and well-being. 

This is a perfect course to be offered as a phys. ed  or health elective.
